The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website may acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out candidate search and selection activities.

Processing methods

The Data Controller carries out the necessary processing in compliance with national privacy legislation and the GDPR. Personal data will be processed using automated and electronic means, with logic strictly related to the purposes described above, ensuring the use of appropriate security measures and guaranteeing data confidentiality.

The Data Controller will process personal data in accordance with current security regulations to minimize the risks of destruction or loss (including accidental), unauthorized access, unlawful or non-compliant processing, and improper or illegal use of data.

Data retention

Data transfer

If such transfer becomes necessary to pursue one of the purposes stated above, it will be carried out in full compliance with Articles 44 and following of EU Regulation 679/2016.

➢   Request the restriction of data processing under certain conditions (Article 18 of the GDPR – Right to restriction of processing);
➢   Receive their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, request its transfer to another Data Controller without obstacles (Article 20 of the GDPR – Right to data portability);
➢   Object to the processing of their data when it is based on a legal basis other than consent (Article 21 of the GDPR – Right to object). When personal data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller, or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, the user has the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation;
