Every day, we strive to create a work environment that is safe, comfortable, and respectful of the needs of everyone on our team.
Safe materials
Process materials are carefully selected to avoid risks, and we conduct field inspections beyond regulatory requirements to ensure maximum protection. We also take into account factors such as strong odors and other characteristics that could temporarily affect the well-being of operators.
Asbestos-free
In Specialcavi’s buildings and facilities, asbestos has been completely removed to provide a safe and healthy work environment.
Noise pollution reduction
We invest in equipment and specific measures to reduce noise and improve the quality of the work environment.
Constant cleaning
We ensure regular cleaning in all areas, both production and administrative, maintaining healthy and safe spaces for our team.
Comfort and advanced climate control
We are continuously working to improve our production and logistics spaces to achieve optimal comfort levels. Currently, 50% of our industrial environments are already equipped with heat pump systems, providing superior air quality and thermal comfort throughout the year.
Modern and comfortable offices
We offer office spaces designed to ensure high levels of comfort and equipped with advanced technological tools to make work more efficient and easier.

We implement specific solutions to ensure the safety of machinery and handling processes, protecting our team with high standards in all operations.

In fact, in 2023, we obtained the UNI PDR 125:2022 certification as formal recognition of what has always been part of our culture.

Collaborations with schools and universities: opening our doors to young people
Internships and Theses
We welcome both curricular and extracurricular interns, as well as students working on their theses, to our laboratories where they can deepen and apply their skills.
To strengthen this commitment, we have signed agreements with the University of Pisa, collaborating with the Departments of Engineering and Industrial Chemistry.
Work orientation
We also support training and work orientation for students from technical institutes and high schools in our area. Our goal is to offer them an experience focused on their needs rather than those of the trainers.
